Temple Bar Food Market Covid-19 Disclaimer

 

The Temple Bar Food Market will re-open on the 13th of June. We have strict measurements and procedures in place to ensure the safety of our customers and market traders:

• The Market will be open from 11am to 4pm

• There will be a one-way system in place. The access to the Market will be from East Essex Street and the exit from Sycamore Street.

• Visitors will be asked to queue before accessing the square respecting the 2m social distancing guidelines.

• You will find markers on the floor indicating where to stand.

• We will limit the number of visitors to Meeting House Square at any one time to ensure required social distancing is in place.

• The market will operate as a grocery store. No consumption on the square, purchases must be for take-away only.

Click-and-Collect option: Some Traders might operate a click and collect option. Please check with each individual trader.

• Contactless/Payment Card will be the main payment method

• Visitors will need to follow 2m social distancing while shopping at the stalls as well. Color signage indicating the queuing stops will be placed on the ground.

• Hand sanitizing stations will be located at both the entrance and exit of the square. Customers can make use of the hand sanitizer if they wish to do so.

• Customers should follow the HSE Guidelines on the use of face masks and gloves.

• Hand Sanitizer will also be available at stalls for customers to use while purchasing products.

• Please follow the instructions of the Security Officers and Market Staff. All Market Staff and Security Officers can be identified through the wearing of Hi-Vis Vests. 

• Temple Bar Company [ Temple Bar Food Market Managers] reserves the right to refuse admission to the Market.
